I’ve personally made these brownies at least 50 times! I love them my family request me to make them every other day. The taste is amazing and you won’t believe this is a vegan dessert made from only 3 ingredients with absolutely no baking required!
The recipe is so simple that anybody can make these!
(3) Ingredient Vegan Brownies (No Bake)
- (2) Cups of Dates
- (2) Teaspoons of Cocoa Powder
- (1) Cup of Almond Meal / Flour
That’s it! You will need a food processor to make this dessert recipe. Take the two cups of dates load them in you food processor, drop in the one cup of almond flour/meal and two teaspoons of cocoa powder
After everything is loaded into the food processor you want to start to pulse the mixture until you get a sticky brownie dough. (You will know it’s ready when you grab a small bit and it sticks together. I usually pulse for about five minutes.
My Hamilton Beach food processor is not extremely powerful so pulsing it is better on this particular machine. Now you want to take a small pan and line it with parchment paper (both were bought at the Dollar Tree)
When the mixture is ready your going to dump that sticky brownie ball onto the parchment paper. Now take another piece of parchment paper and flatten it out to create a nice size brownie. Slide your hand back and forth to get it smooth and make sure to tuck the ends so they look nice after being cut.
This one batch made about nine brownies (which were gone by the morning time) I usually double the recipe and can fill up a flat sheet cake pan and get twice as much.
My main problem is not eating healthy it’s sweets and snacks that is where I usually mess up my food plan. So If you can put a couple easy healthy vegan or vegetarian recipes in your daily eating routine you will see a big difference not only in weight but how you feel overall. I feel good when I eat the snacks and desserts I buy but the aftermath of it doesn’t make you feel good. These types of foods make you feel great after you eat them. Not only are they delicious but also nutritious for you.
Have these with whip cream and strawberries it’s so delicious! Or just a cup of milk your not going to believe your eating a healthy vegan brownie dessert. Make them for friends and family they won’t be able to tell its vegan or good for you. Now it’s time to give them a try!
